Small batches, twice a week
Proof Coffee Roasters is a small specialty roastery in Rotterdam. We roast twice a week in batches we can taste and trust.
We sell our beans to cafes and to people at home. Keeping it small lets us pay attention to every roast and every order.
Our approach
Coffee you can taste the care in
We choose specialty beans and roast them to bring out their character. A bright washed Rwanda tastes worlds apart from our cocoa rich espresso blend, and that is the point.
We roast to order for wholesale and package our online orders fresh. However you drink it, we want your coffee to be at its best.
Specialty beans
We source specialty green coffee and roast it in small, careful batches.
Fresh every week
Two roast days a week keep our coffee fresh from the drum to your cup.
Cafes and homes
We supply local cafes and ship the same beans to homes across the country.
